From the association level to the High Performance Program, Corey has been involved in coaching hockey for over 25 years. He has coached his two boys, and countless others, in being the best player they can be on the ice, and the best person off the ice. Currently, Corey is coach of the Prince of Wales Collegiate Cavaliers, and the Mount Pearl Blades Junior Hockey Team.

Corey graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education in 1992, and a Masters degree in Education in 2005. He also holds a diploma in Computer Education from McGill University. Corey is a certified High Performance coach with Hockey Canada.
